1st International Conference on T Cells in Health and Disease

  • When: 09/23/2026 - 09/28/2026

  • Where: Sissi, Crete, Greece

  • Conference Center: Kalimera Kriti Conference Center

  • T cells are key players in maintaining our health through control of both infection and cancer, however T cells can also cause pathology in conditions such as autoimmunity. The clinical relevance of T cells is highlighted by the many T cell associated genetic lesions linked to both immunodeficient and autoimmune conditions. For this reason, therapeutic manipulation of T cell biology is a major focus for the treatment of chronic infection, cancer and autoimmunity. However, major holes still exist in our understanding of both the fundamental biology underpinning the normal function of T cells, and how these processes become dysregulated during disease. Resolving these issues is critical to design the next generation of T cell immunotherapies. The goal of this meeting is to bring together leading T cell biologists across diverse areas, from fundamental biology through to clinical translation, and spanning infection, autoimmunity and cancer. Through comparing and contrasting T cell biology across these diverse contexts, this meeting aims to facilitate new insights and perspectives in the T cell field that could ultimately guide the development of future therapies.

    Conference Themes:
