Accommodations

The conference participants will be staying on June 24, at the Residence Georgio, Athens, Chalkokondili 14 & 28th, October str., 10677 - Athens – Greece and from June 25 - 29 at the AKS Porto Heli Hotel (4 star), which is located in Eastern Peloponnese.

 

Directions to Residence Georgio, Athens from the airport
1)       By taxi € 25-35, approximately 45 minutes
2)       by bus to Syntagma  Square (€ 3.20) and  metro to Omonia (€ 0.80), approximately one hour
3)       by Metro (€ 6.00), approximately 45 minutes (you  have to change metro line from Syntagma to Omonia)

Breakfast

Breakfast on June 25 will be served at the Residence Georgio and from June 26 - 29 at the AKS Porto Heli Hotel during the hours scheduled in this program.

 

Conference Venue

AKS Porto Heli Conference Centre is located at the hotel. 

 

Oral Presentations

An LCD projector will be available for the oral presentations. Speakers are asked to bring their USB flash drive or CD to the conference reception desk at least 30 minutes prior to the session.  The allocated time for all presentations, unless otherwise indicated, includes five minutes Q&A.

 

Posters

Posters should be mounted Tuesday morning, June 26, on the designated boards and dismounted at the end of the meeting. The dimensions of the boards are 140 cm wide x 100 cm high. Adhesive tape for mounting the posters on the boards will be available at the poster area.

 

Internet

Internet will be available for participants during the meeting hours free of charge.

 

Tour to Epidaurus

The tour to Epidaurus will take place on the Monday June 25 during the trip from Athens to Porto Heli. Busses for the tour will be leaving from the hotel on at 7:30 a.m. Badges are required for participation.
